Who We Are
Clark Smith Construction, Inc. is a residential remodeling company founded in 1981 by Clark D. Smith. We work with homeowners throughout the Twin Cities to improve the home’s quality, appearance, and usability. CSCI takes on projects of any size, from room remodels to whole house renovations. While we specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, we are also truly proud of the additions, great rooms, home offices, and other renovations we have completed over our many years in business.
What sets us apart is that we typically work on just one project at a time. This approach allows us to work closely with each client, listen to their needs, and stay on schedule. We also take great care in making each project run smoothly.
About Clark Smith
Clark D. Smith, owner of Clark Smith Construction, Inc., has a degree in Civil Engineering, and has worked in the construction industry for 30 years. In his role as general contractor of CSCI, he works closely with each client to help define their goals and take their vision from idea to reality.
Clark is a carpenter and craftsman. He believes in getting the details right throughout the remodel so that the result is a superb level of workmanship. Additionally, Clark is a skilled project manager, keeping projects on schedule and within budget. He takes great care in choosing subcontractors that produce quality work in order to maintain the level of excellence for which CSCI is known.
